I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they even provided me with a Caprun card, allowing me to ride the Panoramabahn for free and use transportation for just 1 EUR per ride. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Thumerbach Ortsmitte bus stop. There is also a small shop and a restaurant nearby, making it easy to find everything I needed. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the service was top-notch. I also loved the location, as it was close to several great places and just a short distance from the slopes on the other side of the lake.
Was all great.

Great location for a city break, close to public transportation and popular destinations. Fantastic lake views from some rooms, and a nice breakfast buffet with a lot of variety to choose from. Easy access to lakeside swimming area and an ideal place to stay if you are looking for a relaxed holiday.
The rooms were basic and outdated, and the hall carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. Room cleaning was done daily but not thoroughly, and some facilities were lacking.

Friendly receptionist made a good impression on arrival. Very spacious and clean room with balcony suitable for 4 people having ski equipment with themselves. Pleasant stay in this hotel eventhough for only one night. Certainly a good value for the money in this expensive area.
Been there for one night only and haven´t registered anything unpleasant.

The view from our room was breathtaking! We loved waking up to it every morning. Plus, the breakfast was so delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was also great as it was close to many attractions and restaurants.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. We also found that the local transportation options weren't very convenient as the last bus back from town was too early, cutting our evenings short.

Quiet location opposite Zell lake. The Sonnen pass was very good value.
Overly complex arrangement to be able to get refreshments, with only being able to buy certain drinks from certain areas within the complex. Breakfast was extremely basic.

Nice location and overall setting. Enough parking space.
The room (and others that we peeked in on our floor) are far beyond their best times. 70s or 80s standards technically and in looks. Top example: a bath tub with the ceramic soap holder broken off (sharp edges) and a badly fixed new shower handle. The worst orange"juice" I have ever had and generally a "low effort" breakfast.

Good location, easy to reach. lots of parking and th evening buffet was perfect.
1) Almost all the crockery was chipped. 2) The rooms were clean but they need renovation. 3) The abundance of plastic flowers put us off. Its better to have nothing or some natural flowers or green in the reception and key areas.
